Inorganic and Materials Staff
The Inorganic and Materials Section is home to more than 25 staff. Some of the technical staff are shared with other sections in the School of Chemistry.
Recent Appointments
- Professor Ian Manners to a Chair in Inorganic, Macromolecular and Materials Chemistry, full-time from Autumn 2006.
- Dr Robin Bedford to a readership in Catalysis, in August 2005.
- Dr Charl Faul to a lectureship in Materials Chemistry in January 2005.
- Dr Dominic Walsh to an EPSRC Advanced Research Fellowship in Summer 2005.
- Dr Simon Hall to a Royal Society University Research Fellowship in August 2004.
- Dr Gareth Owen to a British Centenary Ramsay Fellowship in August 2004.
- Dr Duncan Wass to a lectureship in Organometallic Chemistry and Catalysis in January 2004.
- Dr Fiona Meldrum to a lectureship in Materials Chemsitry in August 2003.
